Web Accessibility:

LudoTIC Added Value

On February 11, 2005, France passed an equal rights and opportunities law that made digital accessibility a requirement for public websites. The deadline for compliance with this law was set at three years. But what are the advantages of having an accessible website?

Developing an accessible website requires a quality-based approach that offers many benefits:

  • Lower maintenance costs;
  • Publishing productivity gains;
  • Longer useful life of the site (separation of substance and form);
  • Better referencing by search engines;
  • Visitor retention.

Website accessibility opens new horizons for private and public organizations as senior citizens and the disabled - and all internet users in general - gain new or improved access to the site, regardless of how they connect or navigate.

For over two years, LudoTIC has made web accessibility an R&D priority, and now offers you its pioneering skills and expertise in this area. Our R&D efforts led us to develop the LudoTIC accessibility grid, a unique and powerful tool that integrates WAI and Accessiweb guidelines, along with numerous others drawn from our own research.
