R&D in Psycho-Ergonomics
In 2006, with the support of the Alpes-Maritime Departmental Council, LudoTIC’s R&D team conducted a test on the website of the Maison des Personnes Handicapées, an association for disabled persons, which demonstrated the limitations of automatic validators. The results showed that even after modifying the code to obtain an evaluation compliant with WAI guidelines (AAA level), visually impaired participants still encountered several problems when trying to locate the information and documents requested.
The results of this research were presented at the Human Computer Interaction International Conference in Beijing in 2007 and contributed to the development of the LudoTIC accessibility assessment grid.
