Objective

The recording of eye movements, called eye tracking, is a cutting-edge technique that allows to understand the visual behavior of your consumers and to optimize your product by making the interaction more fluid and effective.

Procedure

The Eye Tracking technique allows to integrate the data gathered during classical user testing. The test protocol foresees the recording of eye movements in the most relevant moments (before the visualization of a page or a product search process...)

Our non-intrusive device allows to record data on all types of users and support systems.

Methodology

This is a personalized service that varies according to your needs. It allows to analyze things like:
  • The visual impact of a specific page (Home page, the "our products" page...);
  • The areas that most attract the eye (contents, advertising panels, photos...);
  • The search for a specific information (a function, a pop-up...);
  • The User Experience: Is the visual exploration fluid? Is key information easy to access?
When possible and relevant, our tests are accompanied by statistical analysis to highlight meaningful differences due to age, the type of experience, particular user profiles...
