LudoTIC and Axance: a user-friendly website for "Cetelem" (July 2007)

How to make navigating Cetelem’s new website easier? Where should the credit simulator go? What prominence should Cetelem’s various offers and services be given? What images are most likely to capture visitors’ attention?

Axance, a user testing specialist, asked LudoTIC to find the answers to these questions by recording the eye movements of around twenty participants split into two loan groups, "novice" and "experienced"

By combining Axance’s qualitative methods with LudoTIC’s quantitative tools, the client received answers to all of its questions and was able to choose between the three prototypes developed. The new, optimized website is now online.
